This is a contingency program designed to legally execute on any debt according to the laws in the state where jurisdiction prevails. Once an account is found to have assets (i.e. home, boat, cars, jewelry, investments, CD's, saving and/or checking accounts, etc.), but not the willingness to pay voluntarily, RSI will pursue them through the court system to first obtain a judgment, and more importantly, to execute on it. RSI provides a detailed, in-depth asset search prior to our recommendation for suit. This helps to ensure a greater success in the collection of the accounts and avoid frivolous lawsuits.
