This is an automated program that is set up on a contingency basis to track and follow-up individuals paying on a monthly basis. RSI will send payment booklets and follow up with any person who fails to make their scheduled payment(s). If any debtor fails to make their scheduled payment, within 60 days, the account can be transferred to our collection program for continued follow-up.
