ABOUT RSI

Receivables Specialist, Inc. (RSI) was incorporated in 1988 and has blossomed into a full service account management, billing, collection and recovery agency. We provide you, the client, with cost effective programs customized to suit your needs. Our programs are designed to maximize cash flow, lower account receivable costs and allow you to concentrate on other important matters.

With each day that passes the possibility for the recovery of lost dollars cost you real out-of-pocket monies. These costs include; employment costs (i.e. advertising, interviews, hiring, training, payroll money, benefits etc.), emotional energy, computer time and memory, cost of postage, repeated statements, collection letters, telephone bills, storage space, along with tracking and monitoring of the internal collections.

RSI's rates are extremely competitive. Our rates and recovery percentage are based on the type(s) of program(s), age of delinquency and dollar amount of the receivables for which the accounts are placed. RSI works on a 100% contingency basis and our rates are negotiable.

WHAT MAKES RSI DIFFERENT?

  • Our vast database.
With our duplicate debtor analysis, we are able to cross reference and match up active, inactive and legal accounts that are currently in our system. This enables us, in many cases, to locate and collect an account that may have been a skip for you but had previously been found and collected by us. In addition, a small balance account can now be combined with other debts to increase the amount of time and effort placed into the collection process.

  • Our National Consumer and Commercial Listing Service.
RSI has the capability to report any delinquent consumer collection account(s) into "public record" as an "unpaid collection item" with Trans Union, Experian, and Equifax. This may hinder the debtors ability to borrow money for seven (7) years or until the debt has been paid in full. RSI also has the capability to report any delinquent commercial account(s) as "derogatory trade items" with Experian.
